  • Yes, we recommend making reservations 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Some workshops hosted by special guest may require more notice.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation.

  • To enjoy the thermal spa you will need to bring your swim suit and a pair of sandals. You may also want to bring a robe, or you can rent one for your stay for $9. We provide towels.
    If you like, you can also bring a bag for additional personal items if you like. Appropriate clothes to take advantage of the walking trails, lip balm, a good book, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are all great items to consider!

  • Yes, we offer a small complimentary snack at our on-site Maple Shop, where you can also purchase house-made maple syrup and branded merchandise.
    You can also pre-order one of our Charcuterie or Finger Food snack plates to enjoy. Please note outside food is not permitted.

    You are permitted to bring outside alcohol; however, it is a self-serve option only, and we will provide the glasses. We have a complimentary fridge located in the reception area for your use during your stay.

  • Yes, Maplestone Ranch & Retreat is reserved for guests aged 19 and over.

  • To maximize your spa experience, we recommend showering before entering the spa. Bathing suits are required. Please keep noise to a gentle level, and use headphones for any music.

  • While the thermal spa offers many relaxing benefits, we advise consulting with your healthcare provider before using our thermal facilities during pregnancy. Certain spa treatments and thermal experiences may not be recommended for expectant mothers, so it’s important to ensure they are safe for you.

  • Purchases at Maplestone Ranch & Retreat can be made conveniently on-site using credit cards, debit cards, or cash. We aim to provide a seamless experience for all our guests, so you can focus on enjoying your time with us!

  • Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time at the spa exclusively for you! If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged in full for your appointment.

    To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Yes, you can stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media. We regularly share news with our community!

  • The easiest way to get the spa is by car. Please note that Uber does not offer services in our location. However, there are taxi companies available in nearby towns that offer pick up and drop off from the retreat. 

  • To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed on the property.
